With degrees from Padjadjaran University, diploma from University of California at Berkeley, along with an MBA from the University at Buffalo School of Management, Ridzki brings extensive experience in telecommunications, airlines, and technology in the United States, South-East Asia and Indonesia. He is currently an Advisory Board Member for the Legatum Center for Development and Entrepreneurship at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he drives forward innovative strategies and entrepreneurial ventures.

His impressive track record of delivering significant revenue growth for the organizations he has led has propelled him to higher levels of responsibility in his previous roles.
A graduate in Social Anthropology from Padjadjaran University, Andre has further enriched his knowledge through various leadership and management programs in Japan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. With a long-standing commitment to environmental sustainability, which he has integrated into his daily life, Andre is now focused on utilizing his expertise to actively engage in initiatives that can make a more substantial and meaningful impact on environmental sustainability.

A Senior Professional Researcher at the Palm Oil Research Center, Bogor Unit – PT. Riset Perkebunan Nusantara (RPN), with over 40 years of experience. This widely recognized figure has earned acknowledgment in the plantation industry, having been entrusted to manage plantation research centers under the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) for more than a decade (2002-2015). His accolades include being named a National Palm Oil Figure (2022) and receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award from Sawit Indonesia Magazine (2023). These honors complement numerous other achievements and recognitions he has received both domestically and internationally, from countries such as the United States, South Korea, and Canada. In 1998, he was awarded the Satyalancana Wira Karya Medal of Honor by the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
Throughout his career, this summa cum laude graduate, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Soil Sciences from IPB University (1981) and both a Master’s (1986) and Doctorate (1989) from the University of Georgia, Athens, GA, USA, has authored 11 books on Biochar, Biofertilizer, and Biodecomposer. He also holds 13 intellectual property protections (Patents and Industrial Designs) and currently serves as the Chairman of the Indonesian Inventors Association (AII) while continuing his work as an Extraordinary Lecturer in the Master of Plantation Management Program at the Plantation Institute STIPER Yogyakarta. Additionally, he is the Coordinator of the Research Committee at the Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS), an Advisor to the Indonesian Biochar Association (ABI), and an Expert Committee member at the International Rubber Research and Development Board (IRRDB). He has also previously served as an Extraordinary Lecturer in the Graduate School of IPB University (1989-1995) and was a member of the American Society of Soil Sciences & Agronomy (1984-1995) and the New York Academy of Sciences in 1998. His latest endeavors include remaining active in research and innovation, as well as advocating for soil health in the practice of sustainable agriculture.”
